Upholstery belts are made of latex threads that are joined together using the method of weaving. Upholstery belts are used to make the seat elastic and ensure better reinforcement. The highly-flexible belts are composed of the warp (latex threads, polypropylene yarn) and the woof (polypropylene yarn).

T-30 / T-40 foam is a foam with increased hardness, characterized by excellent air permeability. This quality of the foam is possible thanks to its open-porous structure. T-30 / T-40 foam is also characterized by small rigidity losses during use, high resistance to low and high temperatures, as well as excellent dimension stability. No physiological problems have been identified either. The foam also has high resistance to solvents and chemical agents.

High-resilience K-35-R polyether foam

This foam is manufactured with the use of polymeric polyols and special graft polyols. High-resilience polyurethane foam has a homogeneous cell structure which makes it different from standard foam. Such a structure ensures better comfort parameters, which makes the body better supported. K-35-R foam (High Resilience Foam - HR) - in comparison with standard foam, it has better resilience that greatly increases comfort and extends durability of furniture. Foam resilience is one of the most important elements in the process of furniture production, together with shape memory and foam durability. K-35-R High-Resilience foams go back to their original shape much faster than standard foams.

Wigofil

Wigofil

This is a high-quality polypropylene fabric, commonly called interlining. It is used in the seat to make it more resistent and durable. Interlining has a high resistance to stretching, breaking and abrasion. Wigofil can also be easily formed by cutting and sewing. It has excellent air and vapour permeability.

This is a cotton fabric whose purpose is to make the seat more plastic and rigid. The cotton duck used by our company is made entirely of cotton.

Silicone fabric is used as a filler in leisure furniture seats. Its purpose is to make the seat more resistant and durable. It also makes the leisure seat more plastic and rigid. Silicone fabric also intensifies the feeling of softness. It is made of fire-retardant polyester fibers used to produce silicone balls (silicone filling). Silicone fabric is characterized by high fluffiness and softness. Silicone fabric is also used to fill blankets. It has anti-allergic properties.

Silicone granulate is made of silicified polyester fibers formed into balls with a diameter of ca. 0.5 cm. Polyester fibers have an air duct and are crimped torsionally, which assures spatiality, fluffiness and softness. The purpose of the granulate is to make the seat more resistant and durable. It also makes the leisure seat more plastic and rigid.
